Employee Training

My passion for designing modern learning experiences has led me to complete multiple fellowships through Ignited Education, which connects teachers with companies to solve real-world business challenges and translate those experiences into impactful classroom applications.

In 2024, I partnered with Amazon’s Devices Quality & Lean team to design a curated training curriculum for employees pursuing Lean Six Sigma process improvement certification. Through data analysis and collaboration across departments, I created a hybrid curriculum that increased engagement and flexibility—allowing employees to progress at their own pace while maintaining a sense of community.

To enhance long-term learning and on-the-job application, I developed and trained a custom AI tool using AWS PartyRock. This tool provides employees with timely access to materials and helps identify leverage points in their daily workflows—demonstrating my commitment to meeting customer needs through innovative, accessible learning solutions.

Inspired by this work, I developed a lesson centered around leveraging Amazon's Working Backwards methodology in a science classroom.
