I designed and facilitated interactive workshops for internal employees focused on leading effective adult learning sessions. Using best practices in adult pedagogy, each session was tailored to align with team goals, ensuring that participants could immediately apply strategies to enhance learning and engagement within their own teams. In addition, employees that participated in the session received a curated list of multi-media tools and strategies to use in their own sessions.
